Denim Richards has been performing for over two decades with over 40+ credits spanning from Theater to Television and film. He can currently be seen starring in the role of ‘Colby Mayfield’ opposite Kevin Costner in the hit Paramount Network series “Yellowstone,” for the past five seasons. Denim is also currently playing the role of ‘Elijah” on the hit Freeform show, “Good Trouble”. Denim is not limited to acting as he is also a writer, producer and director with the 2021 short film “The Zoo” that chronicles the heroic story of Africans in the Holocaust and their unyielding will to never surrender, which was accepted into the “Pan African Film Festival” an Oscar qualifier.

Mandlankayise Walter Dube, director, executive producer, co-screenwriter is a writer and award-winning South African cinematographer. His diverse work includes documentaries, shorts, theatre and feature films.

Mandla’s work in feature films includes Tsotsi“, “The Italian Job“, “Strike Back“, “Angel Heart“, and “Umtunzi we Ntaba“.

His 2017 feature film, “Kalushi” won Best Film of South Africa, Best Original Song at the RapidLion Film Festival, and also won the Chairman’s Award at the Zanzibar International Film Festival. Thabo Rametsi won Best Actor at the BRICS Film Festival.

DR. BRETT LYNDALL SINGHDIRECTOR, OPULENT ENTERTAINMENT GROUP

As a co-founder and director of Opulent Entertainment Group, Dr. Brett Lyndall Singh has revolutionized Africa’s entertainment value chain. He made history as the first medical doctor to grace the cover of Forbes Africa Magazine and was recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2022. RYAN GIBSONWRITER/PRODUCER, OPULENT ENTERTAINMENT GROUP

Ryan Gibson is an American writer, producer with credits that include Lionsgate’s comedy, “FRANKENHOOD” and the CBS hit “CRIMINAL MINDS“. Ryan founded Script Therapy Inc., working with hundreds of new and emerging writers to tell their stories and find their voices.

Ryan has traveled to Africa to teach screenwriting and producing to over 2000 eager students over 12 years. During this time, Ryan became the Head Screenwriting Instructor to foster, disadvantaged and at risk youth for the nonprofit, Kids In The Spotlight (K.I.T.S), and later took over the position of Program Director.

Ryan next wrote the historical feature “THE FORGOTTEN ONES” and wrote on the BET drama series, “TRAP QUEENS”. This led to writing and producing the project for Denim Richards’ awarding winning short film, “THE ZOO”. Ryan then moved to Botswana, to work with Denim Richards, helping to develop the company’s brand, writing, producing, and directing styles, while cultivating stories and ideas for future productions.

LAONE MATHULEWRITER/PRODUCER, OPULENT ENTERTAINMENT GROUP

Laone Mathule is an award-winning screenwriter with a degree in Screenwriting and Directing from South African School of Motion Picture Medium and Live Performance (AFDA), where she graduated as valedictorian in 2022. Her latest short film, “Morwaake“, won Best African Film at the Ekurhuleni International Film Festival in South Africa.

She has collaborated with several Botswana production studios, including Kgotla Films, Isago Creatives, and Bright Vision, taking on roles such as script supervisor and second assistant director.

Currently as staff writer at Opulent Entertainment Group, Laone has contributed to a number of high-profile projects, including the feature film “Unpolished Me“, the action-packed TV series “WildMen“, and Paramount’s upcoming drama “Mogapi“. Beyond writing, Laone has taken on the role of producing for “Dining With Diamonds“, where she also served as editor and designer for the official weekly Dining With Diamonds Newsletter and Playbill.

SAMUEL BAIPOLEDIWRITER/PRODUCER, OPULENT ENTERTAINMENT GROUP

Samuel Baipoledi, writer and producer with writing credits that include Opulent Entertainment Group originals such as “MOGAPI“, “WILDMEN” and “KING’S GAME“. Samuel started his journey as a writer in 2018. Since then, he has honed his craft working first as an intern then writer’s assistant at Opulent Entertainment Group. This work led to Samuel being promoted to Staff Writer where under the mentorship of Writer, Producer, Ryan Gibson and Actor, Writer, Director, Producer, Denim Richards.

Most recently Samuel was a Producer on the first of its kind dinner theater production in Botswana “Dining with Diamonds“. Now Samuel utilizes all his learned experience to pay it forward, guiding and mentoring young Batswana writers.
